I called these guys to ask about mounting tires on some 19" wheels and they not only charged a fair price, they took extra care to mount the tires without scratching the wheels. I will definitely go to them again for my tire mounting needs.
The only reason it is not 5 stars is that I directly asked the mechanic AND wrote on my intake sheet to change my headlight (I have an injury to my foot which makes it hard to walk) and it looks like that was forgotten. Normally not a big deal to replace a headlight but with an injury that limits my ability to stand I figured I'll just get their guys to do it. TOTALLY OK because the rest of the service was OUTSTANDING.
My car needed mechanical work to pass inspection. Auto Sense was AMAZING!! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. The work they did on my car, they took care to not rush and break any extra parts and kept in touch with me the whole time. The price given to me was spot on and never tried to sell me extra stuff the car did not need, which is so rare! I will not be taking my car anywhere else but here!! The garage and the mechanics were great. Very nice guys, funny as hell, very sociable, and gave me the best rate for a new tire after I got a flat out of state. If I'm ever in Maryland again and have an issue with my car, this is where I'm taking my car to. I just wish my own local mechanic was as great as these guys.
Auto sense is a very honest family owned business that will save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars over the life of your vehicles in the form of good information and legitimate fixes on your car when it really brakes down unlike some other shops . I wouldn’t allow anyone else but autosense to touch my cars . Take tour car to other shops at your own risk
The guys at Auto Sense (Ken, Kenny) are kind, intelligent, and caring. It is rare to see mechanics NOT try to get over on you. They were able to VERY QUICKLY repair my issue (literally diagnosed and replaced a muffler in the same day...on a Friday afternoon) knowing that I had work in the coming days. That kind of service is exceptional. Though you may get lucky finding some weird bootleg shop that could do things a dollar cheaper, you are getting a good price, but great service at Auto Sense. I imagine that I'll be back for routine maintenance (winterizing, oil changes, etc.)
